Cupola Teleservices (CTS) practically invented the concept of outsourced contact centre services in the Middle East region.

We are a UAE based company offering high quality services to both regional and international clients. Operating out of its world class facility in the Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ); CTS employs over 800 staff from 26 countries conducting business transactions in more than 10 languages.

The CTS Story


History


CTS is the first outsourced contact centre in the region, established in 1999. We as the pioneers; have played an instrumental part in introducing outsourcing to this region and have worked hard in eradicating apprehension to outsourcing in the market. Over the last eleven years, CTS has established a reputation in the market of being a TCE driven contact centre and an emerging BPO. We are the longest serving successful contact centre OSP in the region.
