About Us

Cupola Group MEA is the Middle East’s pioneer in outsourced support services provided to businesses, particularly outsourced contact center services. Since our founding in Dubai in 1999, our name has become synonymous with a number of pioneering concepts in the Middle East, most prominent among these was establishing the first outsourced contact center in the region. Fast forwarding to the present, we have evolved from only offering traditional outsourced contact center services such as technical support, customer care and outbound sales, to providing further value-added services to our clients through contact center technology, consulting, analytics, training and staffing solutions.

Our evolution as a company mirrors the success story of Dubai. The trajectory of Cupola’s growth has been closely linked to the development of Dubai as the major regional hub for innovation and economic development. We use our identity as a UAE home-grown brand with a regional focus on the wider Middle East as a unique advantage and point of differentiation. Facilities

Cupola Group MEA’s primary facility is based in Dubai Outsource City (DOC) in the UAE. We provide multilingual language support out of this state-of-the-art contact center which can accommodate more than 800 employees. We also operate from several other facilities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
